Small Orders by the piece picked-up at the office
Can be picked up Friday afternoons only from 1:00-5:00pm
We must have an order called in to us by 10:00am on Friday in order for us to cut
the sod for your order and have it here for pick-up (We only cut the amount you order!)
All St. Augustine sod .27 per sq. ft. (or .77 per piece - this includes 6 1/2% sales tax)

General Information
*Each piece of sod is 16" x 24" and equals 2 and 2/3 sq. ft. per piece
*Each St. Augustine pallet covers 500 sq. ft. (188 Pieces)
*The wooden pallet is 4' x 4'
*A refundable pallet deposit of $6.00 is charged on pick-up orders

*When we deliver in quantities over 4 pallets we come back and pick up our empty
pallets on Monday or Tuesday following your delivery. Please leave the pallets
where they can be found or let us know the specific area where they should be picked up.
Less than 4 pallets we do not pick up the pallet(s) -- please dispose of them.

* All quoted prices are per delivery. We stress an accurate measurement. For example - if you
ordered 12 pal. of Floratam @ $105.00 per pallet and then found you mis-measured and needed
1 more pallet, the pallet would be delivered @ $125.00/pallet

* The forklift used for sod delivery is 97 inches wide and needs at least 100 inches to get the sod
through any gates or in between houses. Please keep this in mind when ordering your sod.

*Each pallet of sod weighs approximately 4,000 pounds - you will need a 3/4 ton truck or larger
to haul a whole pallet and at least a 1/2 ton for a half pallet.
